NEXIS Series – Total Nitrogen/Sulfur/Chlorine

The NEXIS GM is designed for safe, accurate and reliable analysis of Gas and LPG samples when used with the NEXIS and NEXIS VP Combustion Elemental Analyzer The NEXIS GM is designed for safe, accurate and reliable analysis of Gas and LPG models for trace level Total Sulfur analysis consistent with the ASTM D6667 standard.

The NEXIS GM is designed with 2 fast connectors to safely connect a Gas or LPG sample cylinder to the sampling valve of the NEXIS GM, with a fixed volume for automatic sample introduction into the NEXIS Analyzer.

The NEXIS GM is configured with sulfinert tubing, high pressure valves and is capable of handling pressurized and non-pressurized gas samples

The sampling and injection (analysis) process is fully automated and controlled through NEXIS LINK software. Pressure and hydrocarbon sensors are on board of the NEXIS GM to ensure safe operation. A calibration line can be prepared easily using a single Gas/LPG standard and support routine Gas and LPG applications

NEXIS AI Liquids Auto Injector Module

The liquids auto injector, model NEXIS AI, is able to introduce semi-automatic liquid samples into the NEXIS VP and NEXIS eQP Total Nitrogen, Total Sulfur analyzers. The compact design of the injector which is easy to install on the NEXIS VP and NEXIS eQP makes it an affordable solution for customers with limited number of liquid samples. The NEXIS AI can fit syringes of 10 to 100 uL

NEXIS - Gas Bag Sampling Module

The NEXIS GBM offers a user-friendly and reliable solution for sampling of Gasbag or so-called non-pressurized gas samples. The module can be connected to any of the NEXIS series analyzers to measure trace levels of nitrogen, sulfur and chlorine consistent with e.g. ASTM D3246, D6667, D7551, UOP 910 and GB/T11061 standards

The EST-TSHR NEXIS GBM Gasbag Sampling Module includes a number of unique hardware features to make this sampling and analysis safe, easy-to-use resulting into unmatchable sample data performance with fast analysis times

Use of fully digital electronic control for dosing a sample volume and gas injection speed, including precise feedback about the real injected volume and temperature for every single injection

The Autonomous Pressure Intelligence continuously monitors the outlet pressure to the analyzer to ensure safe operation and takes actions when needed

The HydroCarbon sensor detects leaks in and around the NEXIS GBM and analyzer

Safety purge valve which will be activated automatically if HydroCarbons are sensed within the NEXIS GBM and the Argon carrier gas will purge out all oxidizing gasses

Inline particle filter protects the Sample MFC from any possible particles in the gaseous streams or around the GasBag and possibly catched during the sample changing
